Product Description
1.1.COG process, FPC flexible cable is plug-in interface, the product with backlight, has been assembled, thin thickness, stable structure.
1.2.IC uses ST7565R, there is no font library in the chip, and the programmer compiles the font library by himself.
1.3 Low power consumption, 3.3V power mode, no backlight current within 1mA, with backlight current within 60mA.
1.4 LED backlights A and K are PCB boards, and A and K need to be powered separately by 2.9V ~3.OV.
1.5 Product Features:
The built-in display data RAM is 64x128 bits.
An external capacitor generates a boost.
Contrast is adjusted deeper and lighter by software.
One screen displays 8 characters x 4 lines (16x16 dot matrix).
Single picture ≤128x64 dot matrix.
Optional 4-wire SP1 interface or 8-bit parallel port 6800 or 8080 timing.
Rich functions: interface display on/off, positive display/reverse display, read/modify/write.
