Product Description
1.1 COG process, FPC soft wiring is a welding port, the product has backlight, assembled, thin thickness, and stable structure.
1.2 IC uses ST7567, there is no font library in the chip, and the programmer compiles his own font library.
1.3 Low power consumption, 3.3V power supply mode, no backlight current within 1mA, backlight current within 80mA.
1.4 LED backlight A and K are PCB boards, and A and K need to be supplied separately from 29V~3.0V.
1.5 Product features:
●The built-in display data RAM is 64x128 bits.
●The external capacitor generates a boost.
●The contrast is adjusted by the software.
●One screen displays 8 characters x4 lines (16x16 dot matrix).
●Single picture ≦128x64 dot matrix. 4-wire SPI interface or 8-bit parallel port 6800 timing or 8080 timing are optional, and the circuit can be configured.
●Rich functions: interface display on/off, positive/reverse display, read/modify/write.
