1.1 C0B process, product with PCB board, backlight, conductive strip connection, stable structure
1.2 IC uses t6963c/uc6963. The chip has a built-in character library ROM (CGROM), no Chinese character library, and programmers have their own Chinese character library.
1.3 Low power consumption, with 5V/3.3V power modes, no backlight current within 8mA and backlight current within 150mA.
1.4 LED can be driven by PIN2, PIN3, PIN21, PIN22

●Built-in character library ROM (CGROM): 128 characters Graphic mode, text mode, graphic text mixing mode.
●One screen displays 10 characters x 8 lines (16x16 dot matrix).
●Single picture ≦160x128 dot matrix.
●Built-in negative pressure output (VEE), V0 and VEE are disconnected when the module contrast is fixed. 8-bit parallel interface, 8080 timing
